The Great Western Loop

The Great Western Loop is a 7,000 mile trail passing through 9 western US states, and features some of the most remote, beautiful, hostile, and pristine environments – including the Mojave Desert, the Sonoran Desert, 12 National Parks and 75 wilderness areas.

Encompassing the iconic Pacific Crest, Continental Divide, Pacific Northwest, Grand Enchantment and Arizona trails, the Great Western Loop represents the pinnacle of outdoor endurance adventure challenges. In 2020, 4 teams of outdoor adventurers and a professional media team will set out to conquer the Great Western Loop, facing the biggest challenges of their lives.
