As a team we are learning every day. Communication will always be testing with a group of ten and it remains difficult to keep everyone on the same page. As hikers, we think individually. Engrained habits are tough to break when this is something we have been doing for years on our own, without anyone telling us what to do day-by-day.
We have an end date. No funding and the likelihood of any coming in is only decreasing. Businesses are holding on to their money and perhaps we should be doing the same.
Not an impossible mission, but definitely a tough one. One grand adventure is coming to an end which forces us prematurely into another phase of life. Frustrations slip into stress while burdens of expectations must be managed. Transition from this life to the next will be demanding. The challenges become tiresome when structured on a foundation of spontaneity and hope.
