The world has all but shut down as our hike continues on. We justify our hike through loopholes, finding reasons why we can keep hiking while justifying our semi-logical conclusions.
Twisting and wandering around Arizona, it feels like we may never get out of the state. California looms tantalizingly across the Colorado River but her trails will remain untrodden by our feet. The PCT is asking all hikers to cancel or postpone their thru-hikes and we have responded with our own resolution.
Our projected route will now take us along the Utah/Nevada border. Winding through some of the most remote areas of the country, a passable and scenic track will be difficult to find and even more difficult to follow.
